Adelaide, Australia - 12 January 2026 - Alussein Holdings today announced the appointment of Jennie Zeiher as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Alussein VFX, a pivotal step in the company’s mission to blend emerging technologies with the foundational principles of cinematic storytelling.

As CEO, Zeiher will lead Alussein’s long-term strategy across visual effects studio operations, creative technology, organisational growth, and global market expansion. Her appointment positions Alussein as a next-generation production partner for filmmakers seeking scalable, efficient, and future-focused production models.

Alussein VFX operates at the intersection of art, science, and technology, designing workflows and systems purpose-built for the next era of creative production. The studio is establishing a new operating model that combines traditional filmmaking expertise with machine learning and artificial intelligence, advanced automation, and adaptive pipelines - empowering artists to deliver world-class visual effects while removing long-standing production inefficiencies.

Under Zeiher’s leadership, Alussein will prioritise:

  • the expansion of technology-enabled production methodologies and pipelines

  • strategic partnerships with film studios, technology companies, and research institutions

  • scalable, export-ready creative operations that strengthen Australia’s role in global content production

  • industry development initiatives focused on talent pathways, workforce readiness, and emerging creative-tech careers, and

  • geographic and market expansion

Zeiher is a proven industry leader with close to two decades of experience driving growth, transformation, and international expansion in the visual effects and creative industries. Most recently, as President of Rising Sun Pictures (RSP), she led the company through a period of sustained growth, culminating in RSP being named Australian National Exporter of the Year 2024.

In 2018, Zeiher spearheaded RSP’s early adoption of machine learning in visual effects through a partnership with the Australian Institute of Machine Learning (AIML), supported by the South Australian Government. This work contributed to RSP receiving multiple national and international accolades, including the 2024 Autodesk Design & Make Award for Accelerating Transformation in Media & Entertainment, and saw Zeiher recognised with the 2024 South Australian Women in Innovation Award (Technology).

Alussein Co-Founder Tony Clark says of the appointment “Jennie’s rare combination of creative leadership, strategic foresight, operational rigour, and deep understanding of emerging technology makes her uniquely qualified to lead Alussein into its next chapter. Her vision aligns precisely with our commitment to rethinking how cinematic stories are made.”

Zeiher says “The future of creative production demands fundamentally new thinking. We are standing at the edge of a generational shift, and Alussein exists to make that shift meaningful, sustainable, and transformative for both artists and filmmakers. This isn’t simply about running a studio, it’s about co-architecting the future of production.”

Zeiher adds, “At Alussein, we are challenging every assumption about how creative work gets made. My role is to guide the company toward a future where intelligence, imagination, and engineering converge, and where that convergence unlocks a new generation of storytelling while building the systems and culture that allow great artists and technologists to thrive.”

Zeiher also serves as an Advisory Board Member for Brand South Australia and has previously served on the boards of Ausfilm (2022–2025) and the Visual Effects Society Australia Section (2021).
